Refund policy

Refund requests
Featlet is operated by Wayne Koorts trading as Featlet, New Zealand. Paddle is the merchant of record for subscription purchases and handles payment and refund requests under Paddle’s standard refund policy and the buyer terms that apply to your transaction.
Paddle may consider discretionary refund requests made within 14 days of a transaction. A request does not guarantee a refund. Eligibility depends on the policy and terms that applied when you purchased, and on applicable law. Follow the linked Paddle policy for the current process rather than relying on this summary for country-specific rules.
Featlet does not offer a voluntary money-back guarantee. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights or remedies, including rights that may apply beyond a discretionary request period.
How to ask for a refund
Use Paddle buyer support or the payment support details in your Paddle receipt to request a refund. Include enough information to identify the purchase, such as the transaction reference and the email address used to pay. Do not send full card details or passwords.
For help using Featlet, account access, or help identifying a purchase, email support@featlet.com. Featlet can help with service questions; Paddle handles the payment and refund decision. Paddle’s refund policy explains how an approved refund affects paid access; contact Featlet support if your access needs review.
Cancellation is separate
The Plus plan’s standard price is USD $10 per product, per month, before discounts and tax, and it renews monthly until cancelled. Paddle and your invoices show actual charges. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and stops future renewal. It does not itself request a refund or automatically provide a prorated refund for unused time, subject to your mandatory rights.
Product owners can use the subscription controls in Featlet to cancel. Contact support if those controls are unavailable. See the terms of service for paid access, payment grace and what happens when a product returns to the Free plan.
